Jeff's play is in the book, Chapter 10 - Pay & Benefits, and is titled "Improving collaboration by removing sales commission". Yes you read that right - he has removed sales commission from his team to improve collaboration and help the company reach even higher goals. Daniel Pink would be proud!

We loved meeting Jeff and the BambooHR team and this is a particularly interesting and rebellious approach - we previously thought sales teams and commission went together like ham & eggs!
