Meet Mark

Mark is the Managing Director of UK-based Vitsœ. Since 1959 Vitsœ has made long-living furniture, always striving to be better rather than newer.

In the Rebel Playbook

Mark’s play is in the book, Chapter 6 - Management, and is titled “Recruiting to Build Long-Term Relationships”. As with the company's single-minded determination to design furniture that lasts for generations, the same can be seen with their recruitment approach and process. For just as Vitsoe doesn’t sell disposable furniture, the company doesn’t hire “disposable” employees.
